Parthner with Dandy for a strong workforce
Dandy Aparicio’s background combines psychology, human resources and international recruitment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in International Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, alongside a CIPD associated and Level 7 qualification.
Over more than 10 years in HR and recruitment, he has worked with candidates and hiring teams, gaining insight into how people present their experience and how employers assess their suitability for a role.
His international experience is personal as well as professional. He has lived in Peru, the United States and Scotland, adapting to different cultures, workplaces and ways of communicating. Those experiences inform his approach to supporting people who are building a career while finding their place in a new environment.
Dandy speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, allowing clients to discuss their goals in the language they feel most comfortable using.
